In the event that the students are unable to continue with the classes due to personal
reasons, the classes of which the points have not expired class termination
deadline/use period can be transferred.
1. To apply for transfer of classes, please first apply for the suspension of classes by email.
2. Transferee: Must be an Almond student (if the transferee is not an Almond student yet, please
contact our customer service personnel)
3. Class points: The classes can only be transferred in full for one time. The student shall not apply for
refund or another transfer after the transfer.
4. Number of times/ time period allowed for leave request. The remaining number of times/ time
period allowed of the original student is adopted and no suspension of class may be applied.
5. Bonus/ transfer points: For attending the classes only and may not be transferred. The classes not
used by the time the transferred is made shall be deemed as automatically waived.
6. First-time purchaser 10-point program: Class transferred is not allowed.

§ Refund
1. In the event that the students are unable to continue with the classes due to personal reasons, the
fees paid for the classes of which the points have not expired class termination deadline/use period
can be refunded.
2. The fees refunded do not include the classes on the day the application is filed. Please first apply for
the suspension of classes by email.
3. The refund rules are as follows (calculation is based on the total points purchased) :
(1) Application for refund is filed before the class begins: The fee is refunded in full after deduction
of USD $20 for administration cost.
(2) Less than 5 classes are used ( less than 3 classes for the 10-point first-time purchase): fee to be
refunded is the fee per class x 80% of the “remaining points”
(3) More than 5 classes are used ( more than 3 classes for the 10-point first-time purchase): The fee
to be refunded is the fee per class x 70% of the “remaining points”
(4) Over two-thirds of classes are used: No refund can be applied for.
(5) Bonus/ transferred points: only for class use and not refundable. If they are not used by the time
of refund, they shall be deemed automatically waived.
